Growing up to 14’ tall, Miscanthus Giganteus grass works well as a living privacy screen for home owners and outdoor enthusiasts. It’s fast growth rate is much quicker than evergreens. Useful for screening food plots, deer blinds and hunting areas and for wildlife habitat. And unlike so many things planted that get eaten by hungry critters, wildlife leaves this completely alone! Eves Needle (opuntia subulata): Your cactus is Opuntia subulata. It can be grown indoors if given sufficient very bright light or outdoors in full sun. It requires well draining soil and infrequent watering. More water during the hottest months will keep it looking its best. Can grow quite tall under the right conditions, but will remain smaller in containers, protect from hard frosts. It should be much thicker and growing much slower but you are seeing the affects of insufficient light. This c Source by johnkathyscheier78
